How much is a Coway rental per month?

It depends on the product and plan. Water purifiers on this site start from RM32 a month and air purifiers from RM54 a month. Promotions can bring selected models down to RM20 a month. Each product page lists its monthly plans, and our team can confirm the latest offer.

What is included with a rental?

Standard delivery and professional installation are included nationwide. Products also come with scheduled service and a warranty of 5 to 7 years, depending on the model.

What is the difference between Heart Service and Self-Service?

With Heart Service, a Coway technician visits to maintain the product and replace filters. With Self-Service, replacement filters are delivered based on your replacement cycle and you change them yourself, at a slightly lower monthly price. Self-Service is available on selected models.

Can I buy a Coway product instead of renting?

Many products also have an outright price, shown on the product page under the monthly plans. Ask us which option suits you.

Is there a trade-in offer?

Yes, a trade-in offer is available. Eligibility and selected models vary, so message us on WhatsApp with what you have now.

Can I see the product before deciding?

Yes. Book a free product demo and tell us your preferred date. Booking a demo does not create a purchase or rental agreement.

Is this the official Coway website?
