Enquiry and demo forms ask for your name, mobile number, state, enquiry type and message. Demo requests also ask for the selected product, preferred date and area. Appointments are for product demonstrations only, not installation or servicing. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information in a message.
How forms work
This website does not store form details. When you press the button, WhatsApp opens with your details filled in, and they reach us only if you press send. WhatsApp handles that message under its own terms.
How we use it
We use your details to reply, provide requested product information, confirm availability and arrange a demo or follow-up. Submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. If a sales or installation request needs Coway to fulfil it, the necessary details may be provided to Coway or its authorised service team. We do not sell your enquiry or booking information.
