What to expect from scheduled service, and how it compares with Self-Service.
What happens on a service visit
Heart Service is Coway's scheduled maintenance. Our site lists a visit every 2 months, covering maintenance, sanitisation and filter replacement by the Cody team. The exact schedule depends on the product and plan.
Filters change on their own cycle
Each filter has its own replacement period. On Neo Plus, for example:
Plus Neo-Sense (Sediment + Pre-Carbon) (6 - 8 Months); RO Membrane (24 Months); Plus Inno-Sense (Post-Carbon + Fine) (18 - 20 Months); Antibacterial (12 Months)
Heart Service or Self-Service
Selected models also offer Self-Service, where filters are delivered based on your replacement cycle. Here is the monthly price for NeoN on each plan:
