All filters are Halal certified and accredited by WQA. The STEP 1 to 5 are certified components by NSF. STEP 1 & 2 Neo-Sense Filter (CNFN14) (Plus Sediment + Pre-Carbon Filters) Removes particulates, chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and dissolved organic and inorganic impurities. STEP 3 RO Membrane Filter (CRMFN14-50) Removes water contaminants such as heavy metals, harmful organic chemicals, microbes as well as radioactive substances are all removed. STEP 4 & 5 Plus Inno-Sense Filter (CIFN14-PLUS) (Post Carbon + Fine Filters) Reduces odours and improves the taste of water. STEP 6 UV-Sterilisation Inactivation up to *99.995% of bacteria such as E.Coli. *Based on a study of Sterilisation Performance and Drinking Water Quality Standards by the Korea Testing & Research Institute, Coway CORE PLUS has enhanced hygiene with UV-Sterilisation up to 99.995% of bacteria (e.g. E.coli, S.aureus, P.aeruginose).
